The Humber Landlords Association was formed over 40 years ago, the main objective was to raise standards in the private rented sector and to date we have delivered on that main principle.
With an ever changing society there are always new challenges and being part of the Humber Landlords Association is one of the best tools a landlord can have. We offer this great service to all landlords whether you own a single property or a large portfolio, offering you the opportunity to learn from the years of experience our members have and are more than happy to share with you.
Our Events
Calling all landlords, letting agents and property developers in the Hull & Humber area! We are an open membership dealing with complex and detailed issues surrounding the private rented sector.
As a group we usually meet on the first Thursday of the month in a relaxed setting with refreshments available. We have many members, offering over thousands of tenants’ homes all over the Humber region and we have direct access to Central Government.
We make sure all landlords are informed of local and government regulations
We run annual training sessions on HHSRS & HMO training
The association are fighting national legislation that affects the good landlords
Smaller landlords gain massively from the experienced HLA members
