The Humber Landlords Association was formed over 40 years ago, the main objective was to raise standards in the private rented sector and to date we have delivered on that main principle.
We'd love to see you at our monthly meetings! Join our community of local landlords and gain access to valuable resources, expert advice, and a network of peers who truly get it.
The HLA is a local association covering the north bank of the Humber. It’s members are largely local people with property investments in Hull. As a group we meet on a monthly basis at Village Hotel Hull, Henry Boot Way, Hull, HU4 7DY, over some sandwiches and coffee.
We have over 100 members, offering thousands of tenants’ homes all over the Humber region...
The Chairperson & our Committee prepare a meeting agenda...
Topics can include challenging legislation imposed by the local or national authority, new products on the market to help landlords, discussing services in the city and creating some buying power as a group.
Above all its a great way to ask questions and gain information from other landlords with a wealth of experience.
